Bramble Cottage has two bedrooms, a king-size double and a single, making it a great base for a romantic break or a holiday with a child or other relative. The cottage itself is just a few minutes walk from the amenities of Sedburgh, which include shops, pubs, restaurants, bookshops and weekly markets. The cottage is snug and well-equipped, including a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. There is a small private garden outside, just the spot for relaxing after a day in the Dales, Lakes or beyond.

Full gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV/DVD, radio, library of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car (one visitor space available). Small rear garden area with furniture and BBQ (provided April-September). One small well-behaved dog welcome (not allowed upstairs or on furniture). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

It was very close to shops and pubs in the town. The walking in the Howgill hills is excellent.

,Very warm, cosy and well positioned to access the surrounding areas. We liked the fact that there was tea, sugar and washing up liquid on arrival. It was good to be able to walk into Sedbergh. We have already suggested this property to several people we know!
