Situated between the historical village of Whitchurch Canonicorum and the coastal village of Charmouth. The whole area is designated as one of outstanding natural beauty and is easily accessible from the main A35. The charming historical port of Lyme Regis is just 4 miles away and the spectacular World Heritage coastline of West Dorset (The Jurassic Coast) is one mile. This makes the Befferlands farmhouse bed and breakfast an ideal base for a walking, bird watching, fossil hunting and bathing holiday. The guest accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and the other with a private bathroom. Also available with either room is an extra single room. Both rooms have there own tea/coffee making facilities and there is a small shared fridge on the landing. Both rooms are provided with extra blankets and additional electric heaters. There is central heating throughout and a woodburning stove in the lounge for the cooler evenings. The Breakfast room has an inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove.
