Bay View is a wing of a detached Victorian house in private grounds just a short walk from the centre of Ulverston on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The cottage sleeps two people and contains a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a gas stove. Outside the cottage is a patio area with outdoor furniture and off road parking for two cars. Set on a high promontory on the edge of the town, Bay View is a luxury property in a stunning part of the country.

Electric cooker with induction hob and double oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, clock radio with iPod dock. Internet connection available (approx 4mb). Library of books/games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Patio area with furniture. Off road parking by the cottage for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
