4 star - sleeping up to 15 in 2 properties. Ballidon Moor Farm House which sleeps comfortably 8 adults with a fold up bed for the 9th person and The Lodge which sleeps 5 adults comfortably with a fold up bed which can be place in the bedrooms for the 6th person. The holiday homes can be booked together to accommodate 15 people.

Ballidon Moor Farm House - sleeping up to 9
Ballidon Moor Farm House built in the 17th century with old pine beams, mullion windows and comfortable furnishings through out. Every room has a fantastic view across the large lawns to rolling hills of the Peak National Park. Ideal for 2 families staying together.

The Accommodation
From the front door 2 steps lead to on the right a comfortable lounge with TV DVD Video and min Hi FI. To the left leads to a dinning room . From the dinning room to a small hall way leads to the Kitchen with full electric cooker, micro wave,fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer. There is a family sized bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bath with over bath shower.
On the first floor there are 2 spacious double bedrooms with en-suites in both.
On the Second floor there are 2 spacious twin bedrooms.
   
Service includes Bed linen/towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, oil fired central heating, electric, patio garden furniture, cot and high chair on request. The cottage is fully equip with all you need is your suit case we will even do your shopping for you if you send us a list.
This is an ideal place for two families staying together. There is a large lawn safe and secure for children to play on, car parking and storage for push bike boats or push chairs.

Ballidon Moor Lodge - sleeping up to 6 with Air Con -  all on one level.
Ballidon Moor Lodge has been recently renovated to the highest standard a very spacious accommodation all on ground floor. Spectacular views across the Peak National Park. There is everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The Accommodation
From the side of the bungalow there is a small step which leads to a large cloak room for those walking boots and coats to the left is a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine, fridge freeze, micro wave and storage cupboards. To the right another step leads to the very light and spacious open plan kitchen dinning area with breakfast bar, fully equip with electric oven, hob and dish washer a real home from home. From the dinning area a sliding door leads to the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is a fold up adult bed which can be placed in the bedrooms when sleeping 6. The bathroom has a separate shower cubical, toilet, wash basin and a large bath. At the end of the dinning room leads to the lounge with French doors leading to the patio area with unspoiled views across the rolling countryside it really is a picture postcard. The lounge also has a flat screen TV Midi Hi Fi and if it gets to hot you can turn on the air conditioning.

Outside
A beautiful spacious patio area with patio furniture and steps leading to the garden. There is parking for 3-4 cars and storage for your push bikes, boats and push chairs.
