Description of property
Located in the traditional Dales village of Hellifield between Skipton and Settle, this cottage is a well-appointed, spacious and stylish semi-detached property spread over three floors. A flame effect gas fire makes the sitting room a cosy haven to relax in, making this a real home from home. The dining room is reached by connecting doors from the sitting room, and the kitchen is well equipped with many appliances. There are three bedrooms, two doubles, one with en-suite shower room, and a single bedroom. The cottage also has an attractive small garden and off-road parking for one car. The local pub is only a couple of minutes walk and serves good food and fine ales. With fabulous walks on the doorstep and many tourist attractions within easy reach, this property has a lot to offer as a holiday destination any time of the year.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The property was in a good location for touring the Dales area. Although situated in a residential area the property still had a good degree of privacy. The shower in the main bathroom was superb. Generally a very comfortable property with all facilities provided. The beds were extremely comfortable.
