ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
With an 18 metre (almost 60 feet) long, through dining/kitchen and sitting room featuring massive fireplace, the Peak District Holiday Barn is a property constructed on a truly impressive scale with very high ceilings with exposed ‘A frames’, exposed stonework and a feeling of enormous spaciousness; fantastic for large groups of holidaymakers!

SITTING ROOM
Mightily impressive 9 x 5 metre room with 3 x 3 seater settees, 1 x 2 seater settee, 3 x single chairs, 4 chairs plus table, 2 bean bags and 1 large footstool.
Large TV, hi-fi system, large multi-fuel stove, exposed stone, stripped wooden flooring, plenty of light, very high ceilings with exposed trusses and feature stonework. Leads through into the...

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
Dining area easily seats up to 24 guests with an array of seating possibilities including very long church pews, breakfast stools, normal chairs and several tables, breakfast bar surfaces etc.
Marvellous, brand new kitchen with every convenience and modern appliance including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, washer dryer, huge wall clock and more.

BEDROOMS
There is a total of 6 bedrooms to sleep 24 guests as follows:
- 1 downstairs bunk bedroom suite with 6 large bunk beds.
- 3 downstairs family sized bedrooms each having double bed plus 2 large bunk beds
- 1 upstairs large double bedroom with 4 poster
- 1 upstairs double bedroom

BATHROOMS / SHOWER UNITS
- There are 2 downstairs blocks of 3 x showers each with privacy areas, double sink. One of these units has 1 WC and the other has 2 WCs.
- There is also a separate downstairs WC situated closer to the bunk bedrooms for nightime convenience!
- There is also an upstairs bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC

DRYING / BOOT ROOMS
Tons of room for drying wet clothes, cleaning boots etc with additional washing machine / washer dryer and even another Fridge Freezer for cooling the refreshments!

OUTSIDE
Masses of car parking spaces, loads of room for bikes, large shed (soon to be a play barn and games room) - currently ideal for storage etc.

CENTRAL PEAK DISTRICT LOCATION
Situated just off the A623 that runs between Baslow towards Chapel en le Frith - Peak District Holiday Barn is simple to find and within easy reach of Monsal Dale & Trail (5 minutes by car), Cressbrook Dale (across the road), Bakewell, Eyam, Chatsworth, Tideswell and many more well known places and attractions of the National Park.

There is a tiny pub next door (very characterful) and even a breakfast cafe across the road if you don't fancy messing up our fantastic kitchen! Larger pubs/restaurants are close by too.

Peak District Holiday Barn is perfectly situated at the heart of the Peak District.

nb - Children and pets must be supervised at all times due to the proximity of the road - as well as the (almost) resident sheep and neighbouring working farm!
