Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The house was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. With the dog, it was a real bonus to have direct access to the woods behind the house. Also having a porch at the front and a rear conservatory was good for drying off the dog and ourselves.

,The location with plenty of walks, starting at the back gate, and near railway station and town. We only used the car once on the whole holiday. Wood burning stove that provided plenty of heat, and enough wood provided at start of holiday to keep us going several days.

,We found the chalet delightful - a real home from home with lovely furnishings and really warm. The garden was lovely to sit out in and ideal for dogs. Arnside was a pretty town with shops and 2 pubs, and ideally placed for exploring the Lakes. We shall certainly rebook this property again.
