10 Croft Carr is a stone built, terraced cottage close to the Yorkshire Pennine towns of Todmorden and Hebden Bridge. The cottage has two double bedrooms and a single room with a pull out bed, which makes it able to sleep six people in comfort. There is also a family bathroom and an open plan living area with a modern fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a wood burning stove. The cottage also offers off road parking for two cars. With a range of amenities within a short walk, 10 Croft Carr is a lovingly restored holiday cottage in a beautiful part of the country.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved pets welcome. Shops 1 mile. Pubs 10 minutes walk. Please note: The 'main' garden is not accessible to guests at 10 Croft Carr, due to steep steps and steep inclines.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage was set in lovely surroundings. The owner was very helpful upon our arrival. Also liked the location of the cottage in that it was in a quiet area but close to local amenities and nice towns.

,A warm and friendly welcome, including our two dogs and with a bottle of wine in the fridge. Close to pubs, shops and easy access to walks. The log burner was very cosy, excellent kitchen. We really enjoyed our short break away.
