The cottage sleeps six people and has three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one children bunk beds. The cottage also has a family bathroom and a open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an open fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for two cars and a small garden with furniture and BBQ. 1 Chestnut Garth is a wonderful holiday cottage for families that want to experience the delights of the Yorkshire Dales.

Oil fired central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, video, CD player and radio etc. All fuel, power, coal and starter pack of logs inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels available for hire at £4.50 p.p.p.w. Cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Small garden/sitting areas with garden furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
Cottage nice and spacious especially with the children and dogs. Very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely area with so many nice places to visit within easy reach. Nice friendly village shop and pub.
